NO REFUNDS! EXCHANGE ONLY.

Exchanges will only be accepted up to 30 days after purchase and MUST be accompanied by a receipt
- All exchanges must have all tags attached, in original packaging, and never been worn. Shoes must be accompanied by a box.

We cannot accept exchanges on Pointe shoes that have been worn, and/or have elastics and ribbons sewn on. Or that have been broken in.

Tights cannot be exchanged once tried on.

All special orders and sale items are FINAL.

All clearance items are non-exchangeable.

Manufacturer defects must have the original receipt. All claims must be made within 30 days. This time frame is set by our manufactures. If determined to be a defect a store credit will be given accordingly.
